G&M's July Recycling Promotion to Benefit Adopt-A-Park Program

G&M Distributors, Inc. announced today that during the month of July, its recycling center will donate 1¢ per pound of aluminum cans recycled to the Galesburg Adopt-A-Park program, which refurbishes local parks. H.T. Custer park has been selected to receive this year's donation from G&M. Parks that have benefited from the program in the past are – Arlington Park, Colton Park, Kiwanis Park, Rogers Park, Bateman Park, Debbie Klapp Park, Peck Park, Swing Park, and Inbinder Park.

G&M has been a participant of the Adopt-A-Park program for the past several years and has been operating its recycling center since 1973. Recycling hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon.
