Lion's Pride Organic Whiskey

Craft Spirits are following in the footsteps of the Craft Beer Industry. There has been a lot of focus on craft, small batch, organic, and artisanal spirits. G&M has recently picked up a number of different craft spirit brands. The most local is Koval Distillery out of Chicago. They produce vodka, bourbon, liqueurs, brandies and many other spirits. One of the quickest growing segments in the craft spirits is bourbon. Koval makes a variety of bourbons; one of the most unique is their Lion's Pride Whisky.

Lion's Pride Organic Whiskey is a single-grain, single-barrel whiskey handcrafted in Chicago and named after the distillers' eldest son. This whiskey contains only the pure heart cut distillate of their single-grain white whiskeys, aged in new American Oak barrels from The Barrel Mill in Minnesota.

Lion's Pride is non chill-filtered with no artificial coloring and, like all their spirits, certified organic and kosher. They distill five single-grain whiskeys, both light and dark, aged for one to two years.
