Carnivor Cabernet Sauvignon is big and bold, opening with an intense dark color and a full-bodied palate. Rich characteristics of black cherry, blueberry, blackberry and mocha are supported by hints of toasted oak and black currant that linger on the rich, lengthy finish. The addition of Petite Sirah added to the wine's abundant dark fruit notes and distinctive tannins and structure.
