Discovery Depot's 12th Annual Festival of Trees is going to be held at the Discovery Depot on Thursday, December 1st. Doors at the Depot will open at 5:30 pm with the silent auction starting promptly. Last year they had over 160 silent auction items, 25 live auction
Not only will the live and silent auction be happening, but there will also be complimentary food and drinks. This makes the Festival a great way to go out with some good friends and kick off the holiday season raising funds for a great cause.
They've already started to gather some items for the silent auction. Here is a short list of some of these items:
- gift cards to Fun City
- certificate for 4 tickets to a Rivermen home game
- certificates for 2 meals at the Hit Parade Buffet at Rhythm City Casino
- Four tickets to a Northwestern home non-conference basketball game
- Four tickets to a home Mallards game
- Dinner and an overnight stay for 2 at the Par-A-Dice Hotel and Casino
Autographed photos of Troy Polamalu, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Steve Johnson, Indiana Head Basketball coach Tom Crean, and Perdue's Head Basketball coach Matt Painter.
