WINEMAKING NOTES: In the winery, the grapes for this wine were pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks for up to one week at cool temperatures. No oak was used to age the wine in order to preserve the tender aromas and flavors of Pinot Grigio. Only the most expressive lots made it to the final blend.
