The Macmurray Ranch Vineyard

The MacMurray Ranch Vineyard sits nestled alongside the Russian River. To realize the beauty of this environment you may have to drive to the property's highest elevation and view the ranch from above. It is here where you can see the Russian River flowing and the original barn next to the family house. On the other hand, maybe you have to cross the country road and take a walk through "The Grove". The Grove is a strip of redwood trees that have a large creek bed running through them. The large front lawn stretches out to the grape vines that are growing within 100 yards of the house. If you are ever fortunate to visit MacMurray Ranch, every time you open a bottle you can almost see all of this as you enjoy your glass of wine. E&J Gallo produces Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Both of these varietals have won awards and are highly rated wines for the winery. When you want to reward yourself, I suggest spending a little more and giving any of the MacMurray Ranch wines a try; you won't be disappointed.
