Time.com Hails Michelob Ultra Light Cider and Select 55 as Top Low-Calorie Drinks for Summer

When Time.com set out to find the best low-calorie summer drinks, it didn't have to look far to find two excellent contenders from A-B. Both Michelob ULTRA Light Cider and Select 55 were included on the list as the lone representatives from the cider and beer categories. Michelob ULTRA Light Cider – a lower-calorie alternative to white wine and traditional ciders – was introduced to shed the category's fall/winter seasonal label and expand cider into year-round occasions. Time.com agreed, noting "Light Cider would be right at home in a cooler at a summer barbeque." When reviewing Select 55, the reporter recognized the lighter light beer as the perfect summer drink for those limiting their calories: "If you're looking to kick back with a longneck while still avoiding a beer belly, your search ends here."
